Welcome to Katβs Kastle Foundation A home for healing, truth, connection.
For survivors seeking connection or a safe place to land, without judgment or pressure.

For survivors seeking connection or a safe place to land, without judgment or pressure.
At Katβs Kastle Foundation, we understand that healing does not move on a schedule. Many survivors are still listening to their bodies, learning what safety feels like again, and finding language for experiences that lived quietly for a long time. Silence is often part of that process.
Until someone finds their voice, we stand beside them with care, respect, and presence.
Survivors deserve more than safety alone. They deserve connection, compassion, and a place where they are met as they are. Katβs Kastle was created as a sanctuary, a space where healing can unfold without pressure, expectation, or performance.
Founded by survivor, author, and national speaker Kat Bartlett, Katβs Kastle Foundation is grounded in lived experience and guided by the belief that real change happens when people are supported on their own terms. We walk alongside survivors as they reconnect with themselves and rebuild their lives with dignity, strength, and hope.
Katβs Kastle Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built by a survivor for survivors.
Katβs Kastle Foundation offers survivor-centered spaces focused on connection, conversation, and grounded support.
We provide opportunities for survivors to gather, reflect, and be witnessed without being asked to explain or perform their healing. Some people come ready to speak. Others come to listen. Both belong here.
We envision a world where survivors feel safe, supported, and understood. A world where healing is accessible, where connection replaces isolation, and where people are met as they are.
At Katβs Kastle Foundation, we donβt lead from ahead or pull from behind. We stand beside you, offering steadiness, community, and space to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Truth Out Loud is a survivor-powered book created by Kat Bartlett, founder of Katβs Kastle Foundation. It brings together real stories from women who broke cycles, rebuilt their lives, and found their voices in their own time.
This is more than a collection of stories. Itβs a shared record of lived experience, resilience, and honesty. The book also includes access to healing resources and reflection tools designed to support survivors wherever they are in their journey.
Truth belongs to all of us, and survivor voices matter.
